Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Regulations of Cuong Lost Crocodile Leather

We will repair defects, technical defects due to manufacturer in warranty period and support to repair arisen defects during customer’s product using period.


2. Warranty Conditions

Free products warranty

– If that product is in warranty period starting from purchase date which is written on bill based on each product’s regulation.

– All defects of manufacturer’s technique such as peeling natural leather off, rotten leather, broken zipper…

– There is invoice (warranty sheet) with enough information such as invoice No., Product Code, purchase date, warranty period, seller’s signature, customer information (Name, Telephone No.)

Product supported warranty with preferential fee

– Customer still keep a whole invoice (warranty sheet) with adequate information such as: Invoice No., Product code, Purchase date, warranty period, staff signature and customer information (Name, Telephone No.)


3.  Warranty implementation Period

For used product, Cuong Lost crocodile leather will check and repair within 3 to 10 working days ( excluded in Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, Tet holiday)


4. Warranty support cases with fee

– Damages in using period: torn or scratched product because of user (impact, slit, pull, keeping heavy items…), broken zipper by pulling, broken accessories by impacting or lost, attrition or fire when using, or due to environment…

–Discount or liquidation product



– All products discounted in promotion program can still apply free warranty with defects by manufacturer.

– The company will not be free transportation for all warranty supported products with fee.


5. Warranty Procedure

– For Cuong Lost Crocodile leather’s customers, please kindly bring product to Cuong Lost Crocodile leather’s system. Sales staff will check product, evaluate damage and inform customer about warranty grade and cost (if have). If customer agree, we will write warranty bill and send product to store. After finished product, we inform customer by telephone and invite to receive product.

– For customers are not in HCM city, customers contact with customer service staff to inform product status and send defect product’s photos to us by email. After confirming defective product, customer service staff will inform about warranty grade, cost (if have) and invite customer to send product to store and write warranty bill. After product finished, we will inform customer and deliver product to customer’s address.
